We establish key metrics and reporting processes, assess the current sales team and its needs, and drive the entire process forward for profitable top-line growth.
By analyzing existing assets and developing new applications, we have demonstrated capability in identifying and realizing incremental revenue and profit streams for our clients. As an example, for a litigation services client, we were able to re-purpose their proprietary content, identify potential re-sellers, successfully negotiate licensing agreements and create a new revenue stream.
